This journey is unlike any other. You’ve felt the resonance, perhaps even the invitation stirring quietly within. What follows are the essential details to help you step in with clarity and trust. As we move from inspiration to preparation, the spirit of the circle remains our guide: rooted, present, and unfolding with care.

1. Travel & Arrival

Dates: April 11–16, 2026

Location: South Sinai Desert, Egypt

Nearest airport: Sharm el-Sheikh

Most international flights (e.g. from Schiphol) depart on Friday, April 10, with a layover in Istanbul and arrival after midnight on Saturday, April 11. Depending on your arrival time, you can rest in a nearby hotel (we’re happy to share recommendations) or wait at the airport.

On Saturday morning/early afternoon, we will arrange group transport from the airport to our camp near Serabit el-Khadim—a 3-hour journey into the desert.

• Return transportation to the airport is on Thursday, April 16, timed for late-night or early-morning flights into Friday, April 17.
• All group transport to and from the camp is included.
• You are responsible for booking your own flight and, if needed, your accommodation on Friday night.

2. Daily Flow & Themes

April 12–15: Four Days of Circle Activation

These four days are a dedicated group journey. Each day holds its own rhythm, aligned with one of the four directions. We will activate the Stone Circle together through ritual, reflection, movement, and presence.

Day 1 – Empowering inner strength and soul mission

Finding peace – Celebrating the wisdom of the values

Day 2 – Strengthening connection with each other and nature
Speaking truth – Celebrating the wisdom of the plants

Day 3 – Healing and community awareness
Raising trust – Celebrating the wisdom of the animals

Day 4 – Global consciousness and future intention
Creating movement – Celebrating the wisdom of life’s community

Daily schedule (flexible):

– Morning session: ~2 hours

– Afternoon session: ~3 hours

– Evening gathering by the fire

There will be space each day for rest, desert walks, reflection, or connection.

The whole program is in service of peace. As the communication with the stones deepens, we remain open to nature’s rhythm—the land itself helps shape our days.

After the Program of this event

From Thursday afternoon (April 16) onward, the group program ends.

– Shared transportation to the airport will be provided that evening.

– If you wish to extend your stay in the Sinai or travel to the coast or another location, you are welcome to do so.

We’re happy to offer tips and contacts if you want to continue your journey independently.

3. What’s Included

• Transportation within Egypt (Sharm el-Sheikh and camp)
• Accommodation in desert tents or shared rooms (2 persons, basic but cared for)
• All meals: vegetarian breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Online preparation: access to the Gift of Fire course for those without a personal Wheel of Values
• A group Zoom call before the journey
• All guided sessions, rituals, and transformation led by Hélène van Engelen and Danny Vader.

5. Health & Readiness

You need to be in good general health, with the ability to:

– Walk on uneven terrain

– Sit comfortably on the ground or low seating

– Be outdoors in warm, dry conditions

6. Investment

Full price: €3.327 (incl. VAT)

Early bird price: €3.000 (incl. VAT) if you decide before September 30, 2025

– The non-refundable deposit remains €500 (incl. VAT)

– Remaining payment due: End of February 2026

– You’ll receive your invoice by email after registration
